Heaven Waits With Eager Longing

Here is a new text for Earth Day and the Festival of God's Creation. "Heaven Waits with Eager Longing" is rooted in Romans 8:19, Psalm 19:1, and Psalm 24:1, which affirm that creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the children of God, that the heavens are telling the glory of God, and that the earth is the Lord's and all that is in it. It is set to the familiar tune REGENT SQUARE.
