Crowned with Glory and Honor

We are God’s act of creation. That’s a part of the message of Trinity Sunday. The Creator works within us, choosing us to be a sign of God’s presence in the world. And the tool that God uses, according to Proverbs 8, is wisdom. We are the sign that God is God whenever we reflect the promise of creation and the hope of redemption and the wisdom of encouragement and growth. Trinity Sunday is about God. But the God we worship is a God who chooses to be known in relationship, and therefore, it is about us as well. Trinity Sunday is not about the concept of God, but the experience of God. For that, we give thanks and praise.
